Founder preview · operational blueprint

Prepare each service with evidence.

A proposed operating model and launch readiness scorecard for Karibu Pwani.

Prototype only · no service approved

No supplier onboarding, live requests, bookings, communications, payments or operational data are active. This page does not save information.

Service-specific launch readiness

A service may proceed only after every applicable critical gate has independently verified evidence and an authorized decision. A failed critical gate blocks that service; an unknown gate is not a pass. This preview does not calculate a score or grant approval.

Gates to assess for each service

Each gate needs evidence, reviewer, date, expiry, unresolved issues and a service-specific go/no-go decision. Applicability and legal requirements must be reviewed for the actual service.

Proposed fulfillment journey

Request → qualify → match supplier → check availability → quote → customer approval → supplier acceptance → authorized payment where required → confirm → fulfill → verify → feedback → reconcile.

Each future request needs a canonical ID, named owner, current status, next action, deadline, escalation and evidence. The preview creates none of these records.

Before, during and after

Before

Verify provider, scope, availability, terms, safety, assigned owner and customer instructions.

During

Monitor timing, changes, logistics, support obligations and escalations.

After

Confirm delivery evidence, invite appropriate feedback, resolve complaints and reconcile approved amounts. No complaints alone is not proof of quality.

Exceptions and incidents

Plan for weather or transport delay, supplier unavailability, stockout, no-show, double booking, cancellation, quality concerns and payment discrepancies. Assign an owner and an escalation route before a service is offered.

For an incident, protect people first, seek official emergency assistance when needed, notify the responsible team, preserve evidence, record facts securely and review corrective action. This preview provides no emergency service.

Founder-independent operations

Future roles include operations, customer support, supplier relations, fulfillment, finance, quality and a founder approver. Owners may combine roles, but responsibilities, access and escalation must be assigned. Daily and weekly reviews should rely on verified Nuvendi records; none are connected here.

Controlled path toward a pilot

  1. Prepare and verify evidence and prototypes.
  2. Seek separate approval for a limited inquiry pilot.
  3. Allow fulfillment only for individually approved services with verified providers and support.
  4. Review outcomes before considering expansion.

The December 2026 plan is a target for preparation, not a launch commitment.
